MMG Property is led by Amabel Lim and Kelvin Cheah, who continue to drive its vision and strategy through development projects and strategic joint ventures.

Amabel Lim

After becoming a qualified legal practitioner, Amabel spent several years as a lawyer practicing property, tax and insolvency law. Her more recent professional background includes years of experience in project management, data analysis and modelling, strategic planning, operational design and implementation. Since starting MMG Property, Amabel provides in-depth experience in property research and analysis, contract negotiations, managing vendor relationships, strategy development, and project operations – key contributions to the success of the business.

Kelvin Cheah

Kelvin is a qualified Chartered Accountant with more than 10 years of accounting and technology consulting experience, working in a project-based environment. Kelvin has strong experience in managing teams to ensure the successful completion of projects within the specified timeframes and budgets. He has developed sound capabilities in project management, research, scope negotiations, budgeting and resourcing – key factors for successful property development projects. Kelvin also has five years of experience in the real estate industry in sales, project marketing and rentals, providing him with unique insights into the requirements of purchasers and investors.
